
This is a 12 week Series, running from April 8 to June 26, 2025 each Tuesday and Thursday, from 6:15am until 7am . This is an intentionally programmed bootcamp that will be split into two 6 week sections. Both 6 week programs will consist of two different workouts, each done once a week. By repeating two workouts over a 6 week period you will more efficiently gain strength and endurance. There will be a combination of cardio, strength work utilizing weights and plyometric exercises split between the four workouts. By consistently performing the same workout multiple times you can more accurately measure your areas of growth and improvement. The second 6 week program will build on and compliment the first one.
