Spring Bootcamp

This is a 12 week Series, running from April 7 to June 30, 2026 each Tuesday and Thursday, from 6:15am until 7am. This is an intentionally programmed bootcamp that will be split into two 4 week sections. All 4 week programs will consist of two different workouts, each done once a week. Each 4 week program will build on the previous one. Repeating the workouts over a 4 week period will allow you to become more comfortable and confident with the exercises. Another benefit of consistently performing the same workout multiple times is the ability to more easily see your areas of growth and improvement. There will be a combination of cardio, strength work utilizing weights and plyometric exercises split between the workouts.
